Effective shredding of plastic by Ecopolymer shredders
Plastic is a universal and widespread material. Products made of it have a wide range of applications: from soft household polymer structures to very rigid high-tech products.
Effective shredding of various types of plastic requires a balanced approach and practical experience. This helps to optimally choose the configuration of the equipment on which they will be crushed.
During our work, we manufactured and installed a large number of shredders for shredding plastic in Ukraine and Europe. Thanks to this, we have accumulated considerable experience in the development of this equipment. We can implement individual tasks of varying complexity for you.
Our shredders are suitable for shredding both classic plastic waste (such as ingots, boxes, pallets, pipes, containers, canisters, molded parts, PET bottles or packaging) and for shredding particularly tear-resistant materials (such as rubber, film, fibers, aramid, kevlar or carbon).
Our equipment is successfully used both at processing enterprises and at production enterprises – to optimize the production process.

“Given the large volumes of plastic waste in the world, the concepts of ecological disposal or recycling are especially necessary. And it is the shredding of plastic that is at the heart of these processes.“
Samples of plastic waste (plastics, polymers)
1) What do we offer for processing enterprises?
Transformation of plastic waste into raw materials for reuse
Post-consumer plastic recycling
Post-consumer waste is plastic waste from private use. These include packaging for liquid detergents, sauces, PET bottles, yogurt containers, bags, films, containers, as well as toys, labels, fibers and textiles.
Due to the increase in global consumption of plastic, the amount of plastic waste is also increasing. Instead of tossing it into landfills or into our oceans, they can be shredded and recycled.
Ecopolymer shredders contribute to the implementation of these alternative solutions. In cooperation with our customers, we develop single or multi-stage processing concepts to optimize the life cycle of plastics.

Shredders for shredding plastic on an industrial scale
Ecopolymer plastic shredders are extremely powerful and flexible – we individually select different types of rotors, rotor geometries and cutting tools. Thanks to this, they can grind a wide range of thermoplastics such as PE, PP, PVC, PS, PU and PET, as well as various thermoplastics and elastomers.
Even large volumetric hollow bodies, long pipes and profiles, massive summers (ingots) and other production waste can be qualitatively crushed.
PET bottles, containers, textile fibers, foil, insulating materials, floor coverings, boxes and containers – all this is easily handled by Ecopolymer industrial shredders, thanks to our many years of experience in the field of plastics.
2) What do we offer for manufacturing enterprises?
Internal processing of plastic at the enterprise as resource optimization and part of the closed-loop economy
Easy return of waste to the production line
Plastic waste generated during production is becoming more and more valuable. As secondary raw materials, they can be returned directly to the production cycle.
The first step in this process is the grinding of scrap, such as ingots (ingots) or defective products or parts thereof.
Ecopolymer works closely with manufacturing customers to find the right solution for shredding different types of plastic.
We use the accumulated experience to select the optimal configuration of the equipment, so that even those materials that are difficult to process are finely ground. After that, they can be returned to the production line.
Internal recycling saves money and protects the environment
With the help of the right technologies, production waste can be recycled and reused.
This way you:
- save high costs of raw materials;
- shorten the long terms of delivery of raw materials;
- avoid expensive disposal at external processing plants;
- avoid using primary resources in the long term;
- contribute to the improvement of the environmental situation in your region.
