EPS screw compactor Ecopolymer KDM-150 is the second (from smaller to larger) equipment for compacting foam (polystyrene) and is recommended for an expected annual production volume of 10-30 tons.
Used foam packaging and packaging materials (such as fish boxes, consumer and digital packaging, etc.) in retail and industry take up a lot of space and require frequent removal. If you regularly accumulate foam plastic waste, this equipment will be an excellent helper for you.

Foam plastic (EPS, Styrofoam, foam polystyrene) is pre-crushed in a hopper, and then compacted by an auger and an automatic hydraulic plate into solid, homogeneous blocks.
The preliminary internal crusher is selected and installed based on the density and size of the foam waste.
