Learn about the two-step grinding and recycling process
The Estonian plastic processor grinds various types of plastic scrap (HDPE, PP, LDPE, PE, HD) on our equipment in two stages.
The first level of shredding is provided by our shredder Ecopolymer Shark ES 15.2.
The second – thanks to our crusher Ecopolymer Shark ENZ.

The higher the requirements, the stronger the shredder should be. For this reason, we use high-quality steel sidewalls with a wall thickness of up to 40 mm for this series.
Together with large rotors and correspondingly powerful drives, these Ecopolymer shredders are ready for heavy loads.

The Ecopolymer Shark ES 15.3 shredder stably and quickly shreds large pieces of LDPE. The material is then granulated in an extruder. The cycle is complete!

The knives and gaps on the Ecopolymer Shark ES 15.3 shredder for plastic can be adjusted manually. This simplifies the process of adjustment, replacement and maintenance.
