This crusher can crush the material into small pieces (60, 40, 20… mm) as well as very small particles from 12 to 3 mm, with a potential output of up to 500 kg/h.
Reliable shredding of plastic

Almost any type of plastic can be shredded to this size: boxes, pipes, canisters, barrels, automotive parts, blown products (PET bottles, PE/PP bottles, containers, buckets), as well as rubber, wood and flexible materials, such as film and Big Bags.

The Shark ENZ single-rotor shredder is ideal for integration into a two-stage shredding system in combination with a pre-shredder.

The Estonian plastic processor grinds various types of plastic scrap (HDPE, PP, LDPE, PE, HD) on our equipment in two stages.
The first level of shredding is provided by our shredder Ecopolymer Shark ES 15.2.
The second – thanks to our crusher Ecopolymer Shark ENZ.
ENZ crushers are efficient due to:

- reducing the wear of parts due to a well-thought-out design.

Sharp cuts are guaranteed thanks to the adjustable counter knives of the rotor
Sharp knives and a properly selected cutting gap maintain material throughput at a consistently high level.
Protective hopper and high-quality rotor bearings
The design of the loading hopper (canister) protects against material or its particles jumping out during grinding. And also protects the operator from injury.
High-quality bearings ensure stable rotation of the rotor and long-term operation of the crusher.
