Our company has successfully completed the manufacturing and delivered to the customer a modern plastic shredder model Shark ES 10.2. The new equipment was developed specifically for a company in the Lviv region, which produces polypropylene pipes and actively implements secondary raw material recycling technologies.
This plastic shredder is designed for shredding polymer waste, including film, pipes, sprues, and technical waste. In addition, thanks to its optimal design, this shredder easily handles the shredding of wood, rubber, thin metal, and other materials.
Based on the client’s request, our engineering team implemented a new type of pressing plate – vertical (so-called “rocking”) type. This design improves the efficiency of processing soft materials, primarily film, and increases equipment productivity.
This solution was implemented for the first time on this model and showed excellent results during test runs. Thanks to this shredder and pressing plate, the client was able to significantly reduce the preparation time of secondary raw materials for processing and lower energy consumption for shredding.
